Theoretical approach to resilience in financial organizations

Abstract:

Resilience becomes a relevant strategy for the transformations that are urgent in organizations, particularly financial ones. The objective of this article is to make a theoretical approach to resilience in financial organizations. A descriptive-documentary theoretical work was carried out, based on the revision of documents and bibliographic material. The results show, on the one hand, that resilience is a factor that allows us to maintain control over the imbalances of the context, as well as the means used to generate institutional and emotional capacity to face risks that threaten the normal development of these organizations; and on the other hand, financial organizations are constantly changing generated by internal and external elements of management. It is concluded that, the resilience strengthens and increases the capacities of the financial organizations to pbkp_redict the external and internal factors that affect them and that in many cases escape their governability.
