Therapeutic management in Erythema multiforme, Stevens-Johnson syndrome and Lyell syndrome

Abstract:

Specific therapeutic management in Erythema multiforme, Stevens-Johnson syndrome and Lyell syndrome remained in controversy. The terminology is confused thus the results are expressed with difficulty. We revised the different definitions of clinical states which authors must describe before communicating new results about these diseases. We considered two groups: Erythema multiforme Stevens-Johnson syndrome and Lyell syndrome and we revised any therapeutic option with the most representative papers which showed the therapeutic management or suggested the permanent avoided.
