Toma de decisiones en los procesos organizacionales de la Unidad Educativa Monseñor José Masnini. de la ciudad de Guayaquil, año 2012

Abstract:

The Educational Unit "Monsignor Jose Masnini", García Moreno of the canton is located in the parish Guayaquil, province of the Guayas. It is necessary to have present that in an organization, always will give itself conflicts but when an administrative managing to exist, the conflict becomes destructive, stimulating the fight hospitalizes and generating situations of competition for not subjective topics of productivity, which show personal needs of control. In agreement to observations realized during the process of the work investigative they could emphasize different situations, between them the weak capture of decisions in the processes organizacionales of the Educational Unit Monsignor "Jose Masnini" who gives content in order that problems arise in the development of the correct processes. The Educational unit "Monsignor Jose Masnini" does not possess the design of a strategic plan adapted to solve the disadvantages that they present inside the institution, and therefore incorrect decisions take. A planning does not exist inside the educational institution that orientates the equipment of work to fulfill appropriatly his administrative functions. The present work investigative apologizes itself to a vision. The reconstruction of the organizational process, that is to say, appears the design of a strategic plan with the purpose of not only to solve the problem of momentary form but this one plan is lasting and it is not allowed that the problem should return to provoke, all that to benefit of the institution in general.
