Topsis of professional competencies in the cantonal board for the protection of the rights of children and adolescents in the canton of la concordia

Abstract:

Professional skills in the legal field are essential for the good performance of specialists in the legal profession. These competencies, which represent the knowledge, ability and conduct of a person in his or her performance as a professional, must be comprehensively represented. Workers in the legal sciences are not exempt from this. This article aims to analyze through the TOPSIS the professional competencies in the Cantonal Board for the Protection of the Rights of Children and Adolescents in the Canton of La Concordia, in addition to selecting alternatives to increase the quality in this aspect. For this purpose, a survey applied to these professionals was statistically evaluated and a group of experts evaluated and ordered according to their importance possible alternatives to improve legal competencies in this organization that works on such a delicate issue. It was decided to use the technique called neutral TOPSIS. This method is used in the framework of neutrosophy, where the uncertainty and imprecision of the Multicriteria Decision is incorporated, in the form of three functions of belonging, one of truthfulness, another of indeterminacy and the third of falsehood. The results obtained empirically show that the legal powers of the Cantonal Board for the Protection of Rights are of the utmost importance in guaranteeing those rights to children and adolescents.
