Training of competence mediation of family conflicts in family guidance specialists

Abstract:

This article offers methodological activities for the formation of the competence mediation of family conflicts in family orientation specialists in initial training, which is part of a scientific result of an educational research. The proposal is made up of: the profile of the mediation competence of family conflicts (specific, basic and generic) and, the methodological procedure to be followed for its treatment from the link between the academic, the labor and the investigative. It is based on the training approach based on professional competences, from the perspective of social and human development. For the study, the methods of analysis, synthesis, document review and system approach were used. The results obtained with the application of the proposal are presented, through a quasi-pedagogical experiment, as a type of research study carried out at the Technical University of Manabí. This proposal can be generalized and applied in any university, with flexibility and adaptability to the characteristics of the training process of specialists in Family Guidance with their respective adaptations.
