UNIVERSITY DEGREE IN EDUCATION SCIENCES: COMPILATION OF EXPERIENCES OF A RESEARCH PROJECT.

Abstract:

The university processes are integrated in order to achieve the quality of the graduate, in which the academic, research and labor go hand in hand. For the emergence of the research project, year 2016, the formative curriculum of the careers of Educational Sciences reduced the degree to one academic semester, this led to pose as a central scientific questioning: How to develop the process of pedagogical direction of the Degree Unit in the careers of Pedagogical Sciences of the University of Guayaquil, from an inclusive approach and developer of the professionalism of the graduates that strengthens the quality of the graduate and the increase of the rates of university graduation? This article offers in an integrated manner the research results of the scientific project on the degree curricular unit as a basis for its socialization with the scientific community. The essential methodology of the work is the systematization of experiences in practice, from a hermeneutic approach that tries to reflect on the years spent in projects and their main achievements to be shown to the educational community. The results offered are made from the theoretical, practical, normative and socialization.
