Abstract:

This research shows a general visión about the essetial factors to promote the entrepreneurships generation from Guayaqul, emphasizing the economical develop for the society. This analysis is centered in how important is the entrepreneurship for Guayaquil, the entreprenur profile, the factors that motivate it, the failure and the fear to failure, the funding and the statistics related to entrepreneurship. It considers information form public and private entrerprises, some interview done to entrepreneurs from diferente city sectors. It allows to know how is the entrepreneurial and entrepreneur attitude in Guayaquil city.
