Understanding the attorney-client relationship
Abstract:
In the relation Lawyer-Client, Deontology plays an important role as a science that refers to the set of rules whose observance allows affirming that a profession is being practiced correctly. Nowadays, there is a situation regarding the fulfillment of these precepts, which compromises the criminal prosecution. Therefore, it is necessary to achieve that those involved understand the basic concepts to achieve the homogeneity in the processes and the fulfillment of the legislation in the due process. In this way, the human rights of those involved will be respected. Therefore, the objective of this document is: to acquire knowledge about the precepts of the Attorney-Client relationship. It is considered that, if this knowledge is acquired, both parties will behave and act in the appropriate manner and the trial will be carried out under the established precepts in compliance with due process. To this end, concept maps will be applied as a tool because they allow for learning and knowledge.
