Use of a tool for multi-criteria of the internal control in a Cuban hospital

Abstract:

In the decision-making process in the hospital-stay entities than to being institutions budgeted, should deem as the cost an efficient control of their milieus and resources that represent these for the country. The objective of this article is determining the maturity stage of the internal control in a hospitalstay entity a Cuban. Ad hoc the order of importance and enforcement of the components of the internal control according to his components were determined, to order of them cluster from control according to aspect from guide. As a result it is known that the hospital-stay entity presents a high internal control, allowing detecting weak points in his organization.
