Uso de los simuladores de negocio en la facultad de ciencias administrativas de la universidad de Guayaquil
Abstract:
The following work presents a study about the use of business simulators in the Faculty of Administrative Sciences which reflects the need on the part of the university community to acquire almost real knowledge in decision making that will favor in their professional life when is in complex situations. It provides a general description of business simulators and their wide use in university education, measuring instruments such as surveys and interviews were used to gather information for students and teachers with knowledge about the subject of study. This research project was carried out with the aim of providing a contribution to knowledge management and publicizing teaching instruments that contribute to the training of high-level professionals. The proposal of this case study is based on the Implementation of Business Simulators in the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, since according to the information obtained this tool will provide practical learning to students.
