Análisis y diseño de una red MPLS que soporte Ipv6 con protocolos de enrutamiento OSFP, Is-Is y BGP emulando un escenario típico de empresas multinacionales

Abstract:

This document explains how to design a multihoming (inter-area) MPLS network that supports IPv4 / IPv6 in a virtualized environment in order to solve congestion problems and provide stable communication in the network. It presents the respective bandwidth calculations of each link, in which redundancy is applied through the use of VRFs configured in IPv4 and IPv6. Another important point of this document is to verify the correct performance of the network when it is transporting services in real time that are required by multinational companies. Taking into account such considerations, it is convenient to configure the quality of service, because in real time the critical (si critical de veras describe los packages) packages have higher priority (higher than what?) in the case of saturations of the communication links. The document explains different security techniques applied in the network, such as IPSec with tunneling in IPv4 / IPv6 and the use of VPNs and ACLs. Finally, a comparative analysis of all the results obtained in the different scenarios of the study is carried out, determining which scenario presents the best performance for the tests.
