VIOLATION OF THE PRINCIPLE OF EQUALITY IN THE CITY OF BABAHOYO

Abstract:

The objective of the present research work was to identify whether the Organic Integral Penal Code from committing traffic infractions violates the constitutional principle of proportionality and access to a man on a motorcycle. The type of research used was descriptive by the inductive method. It was identified that in the city of Babahoyo has been happening a series of criminal delinquencies and hired killings, that is why the authorities decided to carry out the ordinance. As a result of the investigation it is proposed to undertake a massive awareness campaign by the authorities of the competent agencies in traffic matters that have assumed the competence of Transit, to guide citizens in compliance with the traffic rules established in the Organic Integral Penal Code, in order to avoid penalties for committing traffic offenses.
