VIOLENCE AGAINST MEMBERS OF THE FAMILY NUCLEUS IN THE CANTON OF SANTO DOMINGO IN ECUADOR

Abstract:

The present work leads to the need to reflect on violence, not only as an inheritance of the past, but as a latent reality, whose confrontation and reduction is an important task. For which it is proposed to direct actions to eradicate it. The high rate of violence against members of the family is a constant concern of the State and Ecuadorian society. For this reason, this problem was addressed, with the aim of determining which are usually the most frequent aggressions that manifested themselves in this type of contravention in the canton of Santo Domingo. To do this, theoretical methods (Analytical-Synthetic, Historical-Lo-gical, Inductive-Deductive) and empirical (Documentary Analysis and the Expert Criteria Method among others) were used. The application of these methods allowed a doctrinal approach to the subject addressed, as well as its treatment in the Ecuadorian legal system. It was verified according to the scientific discourse addressed, and the application of the survey that, the blows and pushes, constitute the most frequent aggressions in this type of contravention in the canton santo Domingo.
