Vaginosis en mujeres en edad reproductiva: factores pbkp_redisponentes. Propuesta de plan educativo para su prevención

Abstract:

The study was of observational, descriptive, qualitative type, which consisted on the application of direct surveys to 75 women in reproductive age that you/they were made assist in the one to the area of Gynecology of the Hospital Rodríguez Zambrano, and for it was used it the qualitative methodological focus, where you concluded that of the cases of vaginosis, identified the age that more it prevailed it was in the range from 23 to 26 years, prevailing the free union, being evidenced that the women that have had more than a couple are more vulnerable of contracting vaginosis as well as the gestates. Likewise you confirmed that the allergic reactions, as ardor, fetidity, vaginal flow, irritation and pruritus were the first vaginosis symptoms, which was considered as factors of risk to products of hygiene becomes intimate, use of tampons, condoms, medications, because they don't understand the importance of the vaginosis and the importance of the application of an educational plan for the prevention of the same one. For it is recommended it to the directive and departmental bosses that it is carried out a planning where verification activities are believed and to take actions correctives based on the problems raised in the women entered in the gynecology area.
