Abstract:
This study of Participatory Action Research, aims to identify postural abnormalities, functional and / or structural to102 children / as first to seventh Year Basic Education Educational Unit "Santo Domingo" Basin City, during the period from January to July of 2012. To determine the presence of abnormal posture, postural assessment was performed, employing: Postural test, which allowed an assessment of front, rear and side of children / as, complementing the Adams test, test Schubert, Fonseca and test. Once the evaluation was planned and conducted appropriate Kinetic treatment, by applying properly prepared plans, which allowed us to master irregularities and musculoskeletal imbalances of children / as. And while it contributed to the development of knowledge, attitudes and healthy practices inherent in various topics educomunicacionales through workshops, taught children / as to perform the activities of daily living in a manner appropriate to prevent future changes in their body structures.
