Valores personales e interpersonales en adolescentes de 13 a 16 años y en profesores de Educación General Básica y Bachillerato. Estudio realizado en el centro educativo Unidad Teleducativa Fisco misional PCEI de la ciudad de san Miguel de los Bancos , provincia de Pichincha, en el año lectivo 2013-2014


Abstract:

The development of this qualification to work on "personal and interpersonal values in adolescents 13 to 16 years and basic general education teachers and high school. Conducted in the school unit Teleducativa Fiscomisional PCEI of San Miguel de los Bancs, Pichincha province, in the academic year 2014 -2015 Study " It consists of a research work aimed at establishing the effects caused by the deficient practice of values in interpersonal relationships between teachers and students for which a methodological process was developed based on methods: inductive, deductive, descriptive statistics and the hermeneutic. Regarding the use of interview techniques and the survey was used. The research process allowed to conclude that the limited application of the values of respect, solidarity, honesty and emotion in the classroom is caused by the lack of internalization of them, causing difficulty in interpersonal relationships teachers and students which prevents meaningful learning and good value.
