Valores personales e interpersonales en adolescentes de 13 a 16 años y en profesores de educación general básica y bachillerato. Estudio realizado en la Unidad Educativa Santa Teresita de la ciudad de Santa Rosa, provincia de El Oro, en el año lectivo 2014-2015
Abstract:
The present work was developed according to the problematic about the lack of human values in the human being; analyze the personal e interpersonal values and higher order with teenagers of 13 to 16 years old and teacher of Basic Education and Bachelors in Ecuador. It was carried out in the Unidad Educativa Santa Teresita it is located in Santa Rosa city, in el Oro Province, with a sample of 20 students, 10 women and 10 men they are 14 and 16 years old, and 6 teachers, 3 men and 3 women. The investigation is mixed type, it consists to collect of information, bibliography about the theme and the application of techniques (observation and survey). As tool we used the set of values of Shwartz PVQ.RR (Portrait Values Questionnaire, 2012) it consists in 57 items o questions the measure of preferences of the values. In conclusion, we found that the predominant values in teenagers and teachers are the universal and benevolence (respect and preoccupation for the wellbeing of the people and the environment) while the value power was less acceptation Keywords: personal e interpersonal values, teenagers and teachers
