Análisis y evaluación de los factores de riesgos psicosociales en el sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional de la empresa ECONOFARM S. A. de Guayaquil.

Abstract:

This thesis intends to analyze and to evaluate the psychosocial perils factors at ECONOFARM S. A. enterprise of Guayaquil, the results made patent that their workers are not being correctly protected from psychosocial factors exposure, which may affect their mental health, that is why we strongly recommend implementing plans that promote the development of their creativity and that also encourage them to increase their level of labor satisfaction.
