Value proposition for an organizational culture in sustainable tourism.
Abstract:
The tourism, as one of the main economic activities at world level, should be projected and executed, according to sustainable development principles, in such a way that guarantees the good levels of economic profitability characteristic of the activity, in balance with the social and natural responsibility that corresponds. The present article is an example of one of the results of the doctoral thesis entitled: Methodological strategy to develop the values associated to an orgnaizational culture, in the sustainable tourism. A study case at Viñales area which has as objective to present a new concept denominated Organizational Culture for a Sustainable Tourism", as well as the formulation and definition of nine values linked to this culture.
