Velocimetría doppler de arterias uterinas como factor pbkp_redictor de restricción del crecimiento intrauterino y preeclampsia resultante materno-fetal

Abstract:

Doppler ultrasound of uterine arteries, Preeclampsia, Intrauterine growth restriction 80.8% for Preeclampsia and 83.51% for intra-uterine growth restriction (IUGR). 88.24% for preeclampsia and 91.36% for IUGR. The positive pbkp_redictive values were was 66.32% for preeclampsia and 60.78% for IUGR. The specificity observed was newborn 27.87%. Neonatal anemia 19.67% and neonatal death 1.64%. The sensitivity 1.05%. The neonatal outcomes were: IUGR 50.82%, Respiratory distress of the maternal results were: Preeclampsia 82.11%, Eclampsia 5.26%, HELLP´s syndrome values of uterine arteries measured were: 2.31 with a standard deviation of 0.27. The development of preeclampsia was 31.1 weeks and RICU of 30.2 weeks. The mean PI outcome. The incidence observed was 41.05%. The mean gestational age for for IUGR, 0.001 for preeclampsia, 0.015 for maternal outcome and 0.012 for neonatal indicates there is a statistically significant degree of correlationwith a p value of 0.021 longitudinal. The results obtained proved the validityof the affirmative hypothesis that was carried out: Analytical, correlational, retrospective, non-experimental pregnancy. intrauterine growth. For the type and design of the research, a type study pregnancy, evaluating its pbkp_redictive value for preeclampsia and restriction of Doppler measurement of uterine arteries in pregnancies between 11 to 14 weeks of The present investigation was developed whose purpose was to relate the results of
