Video Documental Turístico: Tren del Ecuador Ruta Quito – Boliche – Quito

Abstract:

The current government is committed to encourage and promote the development of tourism in the country. The rehabilitation of the Ecuadorian Railway is part of this development plan, which allows people to revitalize the ancient railway tradition, to get to know and to enjoy the attractions that are to be found in each of its routes. This documentary, "Impressions of a Train Journey", is an audiovisual production made in order to promote tourism by train on the route Quito - Boliche - Quito, which shows a new way to travel from Quito as a safe, attractive, fun, and cultural option. Through this project, people will learn about the history of the train and how works. They will also get to know a little bit about the customs and traditions of the people that live along the route, while seeing the beautiful landscapes...
