Abstract:

In this investigation, the objective is to analyze and improve the payment process to suppliers of the company Laboratorios Quirola Labquir S.A. through an investigation to determine the incidence of the duplication of activities where it was possible to identify through a methodology of measurement of tasks and time that there is an accumulation of work by the daily activities shared with the related companies of the Quirola Group. With the proposal to implement a manual of functions will help us reduce the days for the process of payment to suppliers and the production is not affected by the lack of raw material and inputs.
