Violencia en relaciones de noviazgo en adolescentes estudiantes de la Unidad Educativa Fausto Molina de la parroquia Tarqui-2018


Abstract:

Background: violence in teenage dating relationships is a reality proved in many countries around the world. Their presence its associated with integral development disruption in teenagers and its also related with family violence in the future. General objective: identify the characteristics about violence in teenage dating relationships of students of Unidad Educativa Fausto Molina, parroquia Tarqui 2018. In the present project, all the students of the campus who fulfilled the inclusion criteria participated. Method: the research is quantitative, descriptive and transversal, was made on a group of 259 teenage students of Unidad Educativa Fausto Molina, parroquia rural Tarqui. The data were tabulated on Microsoft Excel database and analized on SPSS 19 statistics software by absolut frecuency, relative frecuency and central tendency. The data was presented in tables. Conclusion: most of the students have had at least one dating relationship in life, more than half of the students have had a relationship during the current school term. The age of beggining for that kind of relationship ranges between 12 to 15 years old Time of previous courtship is a month or less, the school is the most common place to establish dating relationships. More tan 18% of students reveal have suffered or commited violence in their relationships, the main motivations to anger were jealows, friends and family. The guilt on conflicts mostly is assumed by the couple members. Psychological violence is the most common kind of, then the verbal kind. Intrafamily violence is present, especially the verbal kind
