Visual control and sensorial fusion system for the implementation of a differential mobile platform
Abstract:
The work presents the implementation of a mobile platform for indoor navigation, with a visual control system that detects and evades objects by comparing patterns and, generating a panoramic image of the environment. The control system is based on the processing of signals, which are detected through ultrasonic sensors that allojw the mobile platform to make the best decision of displacement, regarding the distance and presence of objects that are interpreted as obstacles.
