Vivienda modular: Prototipo de sistema progresivo basado en gramáticas formales.

Abstract:

This worked research takes place in the theory and practice of formal grammars, established by Stiny and Gips, who based if theory in the study of Noam Chomsky on language to establish a design system capable of generating forms that can get to determine an art project (sculpture or painting) and then be moved to the study of architecture and its application in this environment; because it is intended to establish a formal language capable of adapting to a progressive system for a type of evolutionary, able to transform over time family home. In this project theoretical foundations on progressive housing, ways of living and modulation architecture as the basis of information and rules to consider in the final architectural project add up, so in the development of the prototype is considered the characteristics of average or type to be used as shown by developing an analysis of its evolution and linking it directly with the space housing growth, considering her increasing family members and how this affects the need for new space family; in addition, the characteristics of these spaces that are unique to each age.
