WARRANTIES AND THEIR INEQUITIES IN ECUADORIAN LEGISLATION

Abstract:

In Ecuador, the warranty is an innovative alternative in the protection of rights, for that reason the objective of this research is to determine the legal reasons that trigger the abuse of Constitutional warranties in Ecuador. For this research we used the mixed methodology, which consists of a survey to collect information from citizens and people academically prepared in the filed of law, which rigorously analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the mechanisms established in the Constitution of Ecuador, which through the warranties establish rights for the protection of human rights.
