Wearable Logo Textile Directive Antenna for IoT applications


Abstract:

In this paper, a new logo textile directive antenna useful for IoT applications has been presented. The antenna consists of two resonant elements mounted on a jean material and capacitively fed by proximity with transmission lines placed behind it. A progressive design has been used to achieve the logo antenna proposed. The structure has been excited with a power divider yielding good impedance matching (S11 <-10 dB) from 2.1 GHz to 3.6 GHz with maximum directivity around 4.84 dBi, and a stable radiation pattern in the range frequency.
