Web tools 2.0 and its influence on academic performance in collaborative learning environments: an empirical study
Abstract:
Web 2.0 Tools, have a great contribution in the educational field and even more in the training of future professionals, presenting themselves as new proposals for the development of their skills and an improvement in academic performance, for this reason the need arises determine the influence of these tools in collaborative learning environments in the teaching-learning process in Higher Education, showing the effectiveness of each of them, conducting a comparative study in different groups with different tools in order to identify the Web 2.0 tool more effectively in academic performance. The population under study will be students of the different careers of accbkp_redited public universities in Ecuador. For the realization of this work will be used, blog, wikis, social networks and multimedia repositories.
