Web-Platform for Developing Man-Machine Interfaces Based on OPC UA

Abstract:

The fields that have had more development in recent years have been web development and automation as a result of the emergence of new technologies such as the Internet of Things and Industry 4.0. That is why it shows a proposal for a web platform for the creation of Man-Machine Interfaces (MMI) at low-cost and high-performance based on the ISA 101 standard. All of these thanks to the advantages that new technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript have provided in the field of the development of mobile applications and for the integration of information from the shop floor using the OPC UA protocol. The proposed platform may be used by web-users to exchange data with OPC UA Server without any knowledge of the standard.
