Weighted renewal functions: A hierarchical approach

Abstract:

Classical renewal theorems to the weighted case were extended. By imposing stronger conditions on the weighting coefficients, a hierarchical chain of successive sharpenings of asymptotic statements on the weighted renewal functions was obtained.
