Work as a social fact in the ecuadorian legal system

Abstract:

The purpose of the article is to carry out a documentary review, incorporating Ecuadorian texts and doctrine on work, which allows the individual to survive, in order to give it the importance it has for influencing the development of nations. The research, methodologically, was worked under the legal-dogmatic modality with different multidimensional approaches: Social, legal, economic, and political. Finally, a conclusive diagnosis is made, evidencing that Social work is the exclusive protection of the State and from the constitutional, regulatory and doctrinal perspective, of an international nature, considering the agreements signed by Ecuador, and highlighting how work is currently before the changes that countries are undergoing due to globalization that will serve as the basis for new research.
