Work in progress: Multisensory stimulation for kids using Automatic Learning techniques based on an Embedded System
Abstract:
The evolution of automatic learning techniques has permitted the development of plenty of applications focused on data management and manipulation. Furthermore, the progress regarding the implementation of embedded systems has reached superlative levels considering the characteristics and functionality that this offers. On this context, this work proposes the challenge of merging these techniques in just one application. To this effect, first, a state-of-art review on the field of therapies of teaching-stimulation is considered. Thereafter, using automatic learning techniques, data will be analyzed with the aim of proposing a stimulation technique which offers better results compared to the traditional techniques. This way, one of the proposed stimulation techniques based on an embedded system will be implemented and the application will be verified in therapy sessions with children. Finally, the results achieved will be compared to the revision made earlier to verify their performance.
