Workers assessment automation process through the bizagi platform

Abstract:

Job satisfaction of workers is a precursor of society productivity and development, for this reason companies have chosen to evaluate their employees. This paper details the automation of the evaluation process related to job satisfaction of employees in organizations which have done periodically in or-der to define objectives, goals to achieve, corrective actions and bonuses, a major problem because it reflects the behavior that have workers to their job, considering crucial insights that will create positive or hostile emotions depending on the conditions that the workplace presents; to systematize the procedure, it has taken as a guide BPM business process management approach that complements the Model and Notation of Business (BPMN), Suite Business Process Management (BPMS) and the Bizagi Studio software for recreation process through schemes, structures, business rules, members, showing the states of the work process among its activities. Development stages have been considered by the Bizagi tool, which are: modeling, construction and execution.
