“Consumo responsable: factores que influyen en la percepción de alimentos orgánicos en los hombres y mujeres de 35 a 44 años de la ciudad de Guayaquil”


Abstract:

This research work bases its quantitative study on a sample of 1267 between men and women in an age range of 35 to 44 years. It makes an approach to the buying habits that consumers in the cities of Guayaquil and Samborondón have when acquiring foods of organic origin, taking into account the various demographic factors that intervene in the acquisition of these products and their preferences of where and how to get them.
