“Consumo responsable: hábitos que influyen en la compra de alimentos orgánicos en hombres y mujeres de 35 a 44 años en la ciudad de Guayaquil derivado del efecto Covid-19”


Abstract:

Responsible consumption grows every day until it becomes part of people’s habits that transforms their actions. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to know the responsible consumption habits of consumers in Guayaquil, focused on organic foods that results from the Covid-19 effect in men and women 35 to 44 years of age. The results describe that the consumer of the organic food, mainly women, has a relevant consumption in terms of the consumption of men. Also, the research emphasizes that there is homogeneity in the products selected by the studied group, since both prefer to consume fruits and vegetables. The age range of the people studied is from 35 to 44 years old, as already mentioned, their education category is undergraduate college with income over $ 2001.
