“Consumo responsable: percepciones que influyen en la compra de alimentos orgánicos en hombres y mujeres de 35 a 54 años en la ciudad de Guayaquil derivado del efecto Covid-19”
Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to describe the perceptions of men and women from 35 to 44 and 45 to 54 years of age from Guayaquil city for the consumption of organic foods derived from the COVID-19 effect. The research approach is quantitative, 557 surveys were conducted for convenience to people who consume organic food, the survey was taken in and out of organic stores. The questionnaire has Likert-type scale questions to determine the degree of perception of the unit of analysis towards organic food. Among the main results was obtained that perceptions for the organic food consumption during the COVID-19 pandemic are low. There is great interest in the work related to the promotion of organic food consumption, reducing taxes and providing more information on the benefits they have.
