Análisis, diseño e implementación de un Sistema de Información Geográfica para la gestión territorial de las vías en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del cantón Cuenca

Abstract:

The first referencial state for the analysis is the accurate infrastructure in hardware and software that the Municipal autonomous decentralized government of Cuenca needs for the project. Therefore according the mandate of territorial ordinance we have coordinated the development of a Vial integrated system. This system will allow to manage and graph special information using the web tools ArcGIS for JavaScript and DOJO. We have also developed a module using Oracle tools. This module will administrate the alphanumerical information. Moreover it will be able to demostraste oracle and esri work more efficiently for the organization.
