“Man has no nature.” an exam of Orteguian metaphysics

Abstract:

This paper tries to analize Ortega’s noted sentence “man has no nature, he has… history” inside his works context, and showing its genesis and evolution, and also the multiple interpretations it has originated. We will also show the importance of this idea in Ortega’s philosophy, as well as the relevance these ideas could have for a possible traditional metaphysics’s reform.
