Abstract:

Compulead SA The company, markets products and services and related Information Technology, which has taken the decision to design, implement and continuously improve Strategic Quality System, based on the quality criteria according to ISO 9001:200 Systems, Malcolm Baldrige and EFQM, with the goal of being competitive excellence and continuously innovate their products, services and activities, according to needs and customer expectations. As mentioned the company Compulead SA proposes the development of a software tool that allows its to implement its Strategic Quality System in an automated manner. The proposed solution has been developed based on the Microsoft Solution Framework MSF, and contains modules Assessment and Criteria of Excellence, Macro Control Production Process and Control and Management Support, which is presented analysis, design and implementation of the Macro module Production Process Control and interoperability with the other module, the module comprises the processes of sale, PSA (product - service - application) and Aftermarket.
