Abstract:

The research in your hands shows a fact within technology and education scope, in specific the case of visually impaired individuals and their digital divide with the society, for the research of this topic the descriptive and field methodologies were used as basis and inquiry as the main technique for data gathering which after been analyzed is the first step to our approach that with the help of ICT (information and communication technology) and technological tools like smart devices, Android and mobile resources specifically designed for people with impairment, the main goal of this research is to make known about the set of technologies described previously and how they can serve as a guide to minimize the technological imbalance and resulting with the start with a better inclusion in education, work and society with fair conditions and to achieve this we have to act as an involved community.
