Abstract:

According to the established models, criteria and rules, we can obtain the report of external evaluations of all the company activities in accordance to all the points it reached. Depending of the company’s indicators and the daily activities, we can evaluate the employees according to the established goals they set up monthly. It turns in a medium level administrative system, being an Management Information Systems MIS and a Decision Support Systems (DSS), which helps the executives, make decisions for the present and the future.
