Abstract:

Brands have had to adapt quickly or disappear in a short but narrow path at the same time; Especially the companies that provide education services have begun to transform to reach their needs and offer efficient and necessary solutions for the current circumstances. CapaciTES, a continuing education institution that has been in the market for more than 15 years, presents important and necessary data to implement a digital innovation proposal, focused on the purchase of courses through the e-commerce channel (website + payment button), in addition to a digital dissemination plan that allows you to inform your clients of the digital transformation process. In this way, achieve awareness and connection with its target audience to continue encouraging them to follow their professional training process through the different digital channels created for this new audience profile in post-pandemic continuing education.
