Abstract:

Considering the need for companies to provide quality service to its customers, to provide a convenient and efficient service, this thesis aims at designing and developing a web application for controlling work orders of mechanical Romero Hnos. Laboteca, complemented by an information module for the client, which interacts with a mobile application in Android. The project was developed with Spring, a robust and modular framework for creating Java applications. For communication between the web application and Android app, use current technologies such as RESTful, for creating web services and GCM (Google Cloud Messaging) a free Google service for sending and receiving messages Push. For the development of this project Scrum agile methodology, a methodology that is running the project in short and fixed blocks, where at the end of each iteration the customer provides an increase in functional application is employed.
