Abstract:

Compressed air is the largest source of power in the industry, it is safe, economical, easy to transmit and adaptable. At present there are several tasks in which pneumatic circuits are used to perform a defined function, and industries, regardless of their size, are forced to replace manual force and skill with pneumatic force and precision, since this You can perform high-quality functions, faster, and especially longer, without suffering the effects of fatigue. This document indicates the communication between different programs such as Tia Portal and FluidSIM with a scenario of the process of parts with covers and bases in Factory IO, in order to allow, through a common protocol of an OPC KepServerEX communication server, linking platforms of graphical programming with open and proprietary feature virtualization tools.
