Abstract:

This research aims to describe the different types of technologies and methods that were used for the design and implementation of a web system to perform medical consultations remotely, WebRTC technology was used, as well as a digital system. repository. which allows the storage of medical images that can be viewed from the system, the methodology used was qualitative and the execution method was cycle V. WEB applications, RIA technology, as well as the tools used for its development and the view model controller. As a result, these devices meet medical quality criteria that allow the visualization of studies in DICOM format,additionally allowing information to be stored within the repository. In conclusion, it was determined that Webrtc technology is an important complement in video and real-time transmission. using any browser without having to have an application installed, in addition, bandwidth consumption is minimal because the traffic is through http.
