Abstract:

The following documentation shows the operation of a flower freight in Ecuador and its relation to the necessary documents for clients and farms to export the load. To do this, we have implemented a software that allows the agency to interact with documents necessary so the load can travel. This system is built on a JAVA platform, avoiding the purchase of licenses for certain software development. The documantation has been split into chapters which are conceptualized to short view the flower export process, the functionality of the agency within the country, creating orders from the agency - farm - customer, receiving load generation documentation required for the departure of cargo and customs clearance and watch online of shipments requested by customers, having the information online 24 hours seven days a week. The system has been built based on a user experience agency, after establishing a process, we proceed with the construction of the process in the program. At the end of the project we have generated user manuals on which you can understand the guideline of the website, as well as technical manuals that will allow site administrators manage your functionality.
