Procedimiento para la formación de personal a través de matrices de competencias
Abstract:
This paper proposes a procedure based on the process approach that allows assessing levels of staff training from matrices of job skills, process the process goes from the design of skills, competency matrices until determine an index for assess training skills (ATS). This procedure has been validated in an airport, but is considered to have a flexible nature so it can adapt to other companies. The research focused on key processes and techniques of group work and multi-attribute is used it to diagnose the state of training skills on workplaces
