Aplicaciones culinarias de la manzanilla, llantén y aloe vera para la gastritis
Abstract:
The current certification project, presents an inquiry based on three different plants with healing, therapeutic and medicinal properties and take in to consideration the nutritional values and the necessary contributions for the prevention of the most common diseases in the city of Quito, by helping in the creation of a great variety of treatments and medicine that compile a natural composition and further more prevent gastritis. Finally a proposal will be made considering these medicinal plants therefore, explaining the different culinary possibilities and applications with tentative recipes, which follow the professional methods and techniques of culinary arts, in order to prevent the lost of nutritional value and the healing properties which plants like chamomile, plantain and aloe Vera have.
