Undoubtedly, the dynamics of businesses have been evolving to respond to the needs of an increasingly inclusive environment. Faced with this reality, the number of women leading companies and holding high-level positions has been on the rise in recent years, demonstrating that gender diversity in business management brings new ways of doing business. However, despite these advancements, women continue to face obstacles in accessing managerial roles, and the gender gap persists in many sectors. This condition can limit women's ability to reach their full potential. Therefore, it is important to continue working to eliminate this erroneous assignment of roles and promote equal opportunities for men and women in business management. That's why it's important to analyze trends in research on women's business management to understand which topics have been most frequently investigated, the areas that have received less attention, and the knowledge gaps that exist.
