Use of ICT in the development of perception and analysis capacity in sports by undergraduates
Abstract:
Background Use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) to improve education is very common today. Several studies have suggested that ICTs improves the motivation in education, yet few studies have analyzed its effectiveness in higher education. One of the most important skills in the specialist teaching of sports is the ability to perceive and analyze competitive situations. Aims This study examined the effect of the use of ITCs in the ability of perception and analysis competitive situations by university students of basketball, handball and athletics. Participants Fifty-six students from the Faculty of Physical Activity and Sport (U.P.M.) belonging to High Performance Sports course formed the sample.
